Room was airy, cozy, and staff was dedicated. The view from my room was lovely. Breakfast was exceptional and there was lots of food to choose from. Service was friendly. Good base for exploring Syracuse.

We loved staff and location of this venue. Perfect view, a little balcony, perfect bed, too. The gardens were lovely here. The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a lovely area. The restaurant was great and its wonderful dishes are to die for.

Staff was FABULOUS, room was airy and well-planned. There were stores and a market around the hotel. Room was such large, I stayed here for 1 night. I loved the free parking that was nearby.
